housing factories
Housing factories differ from other factories in a few features. Firstly, working as manager is not possible in these factories. Employees must be hired and assigned for job in these factories. Secondly, in order to make a complete product (house) there is a need for several work tickets. A work ticket is basically the value of one employee's work. Furthermore, unlike other factories in which the country's bonuses increase the total production, in housing factories the bonuses affect the value of employee's work - a work of an employee worth more than one work ticket. If citizens own more than one company of the same quality, those companies will contribute to building a common house, thus it makes the process faster. Different quality companies won't affect each other.
Note: Downgrading a house factory only refunds 30% of the invested Gold.
Houses are basically temporary energy centers with more features. Houses can be activated and deactivated by the owner through the storage. Only one house of each quality can be activated at a time, and houses that have been activated cannot be sold. Houses cannot be donated either. when deactivating a house its durability is consumed in 1 hour increasment. Houses can be put on sale too. Moreover, for every hour a house is activated the owner gets 1 overtime point.
